I purchased the pan to make a breakfast casserole for a neighborhood function, and it was a very good choice – not perfect, but good enough. The pan comes with a snap-on lid to store and protect the food in it or to cover between serving guests. The pan has to be supported, underneath. And I wish it tranmitted heat a bit better – I had to add 10 minutes, overall, to the cooking time, even with a preheated oven. That said, for the price, you can’t beat this foil pan. Whatever is cooked in it can be served right from the pan; clean-up is easy: store any remaining food in containers or bags then throw it away. Or it can be used, with the lid, to store food in the fridge or freezer until it’s needed – a bit of thawing then re-heating in the oven is all it needs. I recommend it! [...]
