Works easily to remove snow, the length is great and the fiberglass poles feel surprisingly strong.I removed snow on 4 roofs, about 3-6inches deep. It took me about 10-15min for each roof. Amazingly fast compared to using a rake.I noticed tendency to bend higher up you push, especially if snow is hard.I have concerns this won’t work for compact or hard snow, and it seems to me that plastic will eventually break (although the Y connector seems strong). I will probably look into a system that has a cutting edge for snow also.The included plastic key to rewind the ‘slip-n-slide’ plastic real should be attached somehow, or have a slot to store it (but non exists) – it’s invaluable and once I lose it I’m gonna be upset. For now I store the plastic key inside the pole, it rattles around but at least it doesn’t get lost.Be careful, that snow slides off fast and if it’s big blocks it can take you out!
